Matt Hodson
Group Chief Executive Officer, Partner
Matt Hodson is the Group CEO of Tritan Logistics Group, where he leads the company's strategic growth, operational execution, and technology-driven transformation across domestic and global logistics markets. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in international freight, domestic brokerage, CFS warehouse operations, drayage, and first & final mile logistics. Prior to Tritan Logistics, Matt served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at STG Logistics, where he helped lead strategic sales initiatives for one of the largest diversified logistics providers in the United States. Earlier in his career, he built Summit NW Corp into a leading air and ocean logistics provider in the Pacific Northwest before successfully selling the company to STG Logistics in 2018. Matt currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Air & Expedited Motor Carrier Association (AEMCA) and is known for building high-performing teams and delivering innovative logistics solutions that drive measurable growth.
Mike Crabb

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics, Mike Crabb has established himself as a proven leader known for operational excellence and team development. Throughout his career, he has managed multiple facilities, led large workforce teams, and consistently driven improvements in efficiency, accountability, and overall performance. Mike’s expertise includes business development, operational strategy, and the creation of scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) that streamline workflow and enhance profitability. He has played a key role in launching two warehousing companies in the Seattle–Tacoma market, helping build each operation from the ground up into successful, sustainable businesses. Recognized for his results-driven approach, Mike has a track record of delivering measurable growth and increased profitability across every organization he has supported.

With a powerful track record that includes founding and scaling his own logistics companies, Marshall brings an entrepreneurial edge to asset fleet management, yard operations, and global warehousing. An expert in C-level sales, Marshall excels at executing high-stakes, enterprise-level strategies and forging transformative partnerships. His influence extends deeply into the regional transportation ecosystem as the Executive Director of the Transportation Club of Seattle and former President of the Pier Trucker Association. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Marshall combines rigorous discipline with visionary leadership and customer driven to push the logistics industry forward.
